To access your Golfsmith Credit Card account online so that you can manage your bills and view your balance, you’ll have to register for an online account.  Account creation is important, because to benefit from the special financing this card offers, you’ll need to keep up with paying off your balance (something which is most easily accomplished with the use of online banking). For a guide on registering your card see the bottom of this page.  For help logging in, follow the step-by-step tutorial below.

Your Golfsmith Credit Card is managed by Synchrony Bank (“SYNCB”).  Please consult their privacy policy before entering any personal information.

How to Login

To log into your account, go to the Synchrony Bank page for managing your Golfsmith Credit Card. Enter your Username in the indicated field and click Go. You will now be able to access your personalized online banking portal. Tick the box marked Remember me for a quicker login if you are using one of your primary devices.

If you forget your login information, click on the Login Help pull-down menu and select the option that applies to your situation.

For forgotten user names you will need to enter the following information:

To retrieve or reset your username, select the Forgot User Name option and, on the subsequent page, provide the following information:

• Account #
• SSN
• Date of birth

Once completed, click Continue to retrieve or change your user name.

For a forgotten password you will need to enter the following information:

• User name
• SSN
• Date of birth

Once completed, click Continue to retrieve or change your password.

To reset your security questions enter the following information:

• User name
• Account #
• SSN
• Date of birth

Once completed, click Continue to reset your security questions.

If you’ve received a new Golfsmith Credit Card and need to activate it, you will have to call the 1(800) number listed above and follow the instructions.  To register for an online account click the Secure registration link provided above.  This will take you directly to the Synchrony Bank online account application page.  Please consult their privacy policy before entering any personal information.

You will be asked to provide your account number, SSN and date of birth (as shown below) then click Next.  You will be asked to create a user name, password and security question.  When you have successfully completed all three steps, you will be able to manage your Golfsmith Credit Card account online.
