Cardholders can easily access their National Bank World MasterCard account online through the National Bank website. Through their online account users can view past statements, pay bills and transfer balances at their own leisure. For anyone who needs assistance accessing their online account, we have provided instructions on the login and enrollment procedures as well as the card activation process. Before you begin, read through the National Bank’s privacy policy to learn about how they protect your online information.
To log into your account, go to this webpage, and locate the window previewed below. Make sure the drop down menu is set to Personal and then click Login to proceed.
You will be redirected to the login page. First select the MasterCard tab, then enter your MasterCard No. and Password in the indicated fields. Click Sign In to gain access your account.
In the event that you’ve forgotten your password, click the I forgot my password link found in the login panel.Next, enter the following information on the linked page (as seen in the example below):
Click Continue and complete authentication process by providing the necessary additional security information. You will then be able to get a new password and log into your account.
Unfortunately, there is no online option to activate a new National Bank World MasterCard, so you will need to call the number posted above and activate your card using the National Bank’s MasterCard customer service line. Next, enter the following personal information in the indicated spaces:
Review the National Bank online User agreement.
Tick the box acknowledging that you’ve read and agree to said agreement.
In the next field which is pictured below, select whether you would like to sign up for eStatements (instead of receiving your statements in the mail) by clicking the appropriate circle. Review the electronic communications terms and conditions. When you have finished reading it, tick the box indicating that you have read and agree to this document. Click Submit to finish your enrollment and exit the application. You will then be able to login to your account.
