How to Apply for the Peebles Credit Card

Step 3: The next page is where you will enter in your information. Once you have accessed this page, enter in the following personal information:

First and last name
Social security number
Date of birth

In the next section, enter your annual income.

Next, in the the “Address Information” section, you are required to enter your address and ZIP code. In the “Contact Information” section, enter your:

Home phone number
Work phone number
Email address

Finally, decide whether you would like add an additional buyer on your card. This individual is able to make purchases but is not legally responsible for the balance on your card.

Click the green “Continue” button, consent to the Terms and Conditions, and you will receive your decision.
