Members of the Plenti universal rewards program may be interested in the Plenti American Express Credit Card which boasts 1 Plenti point per $1 spent on eligible purchases. This card is only available to pre-existing Plenti members, though you may enrol in Plenti as part of the overall application. For our official application guide simply scroll down.

How to Apply
In order to access the secure application form you must first visit the card summary page (shown below) which details the rewards program being offered. Select the blue apply now link in order to continue.
Step 1- Plenti Membership
Plenti members will be asked to enter their 16-digit Plenti rewards number and last name at this point. Non-members can join Plenti by selecting the create plenti account link to the right of the page. Once completed, you will be redirected to this application page to finish filling in the required forms.
Step 2- Personal Information
Submit the following personal information into the provided fields:
- Full name
- Name on card
- Email address
- SSN
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Home address
Additional cardholders can be added at this time, if you choose to do so.
Step 2- Financial Information
Enter the following pieces of financial information into the fields below:
- Employer name
- Employer city/state
- Employer phone number
- Income source
- Total annual income
- Bank accounts held
- Housing status
You may perform up to 4 balance transfers at this point, should you choose to do so.
Step 3- Terms and Conditions
Because the terms and conditions are not available for review at the end of the application we have hosted them here for your convenience. If you approve of the terms submit the application and await your APR judgement from American Express.
