If you recently acquired a new SkyBlue SKYPASS Visa Credit Card, you may be wondering how to manage your new account and start taking full advantage of your latest credit acquisition. To answer the first question, the U.S. Bank (the card-issuer) provides a convenient online banking portal, accessible through their website, which allows you to manage your miles, view your statements, transfer balances, and pay your bills at your convenience. In order to start making purchases with your new card and to personally manage your credit card finances, you will need to activate your card and register for online banking. To begin the login process, navigate to the U.S. Bank login page and enter your Personal ID in the indicated space. Click Log In to continue to the next step. You may also want to tick the Remember my ID box for a faster login time in the future.
You must now enter your Password and click Log In to gain access to your online banking portal.
In the event that you have forgotten your personal ID, you can easily retrieve it. Just locate and click the Forgot ID? link (found in the first login window) and select Personal.
Choose your Phone Number, Email Address, or your Card or Account number as your method of identification.
You will need to enter your chosen identification method, your Last 4 digits of SSN and click Next. In the subsequent pages you can retrieve your personal ID.
If you have forgotten your password, locate and click the Forgot Password? link (found in the second login window). Enter your Last 4 digits of SSN and click Next. In subsequent pages, you will be able to reset your password and regain access to your account.
If you have just received your SkyBlue SKYPASS Visa Credit Card in the mail, you can call the customer service telephone number posted immediately above to get your card activated with the assistance of a U.S. Bank representative. Once your card is activated, you will be able to register for online banking by clicking the Secure registration link (located above). Next, select the following: for account type select Personal, for the second option select No, and to register your credit card for online banking select I have a U.S. Bank Credit Card (see image below for reference). After that, you will need to provide the following information before clicking Continue:
There are a few more steps of the enrollment process as you will need to set up your personalized login credentials and agree to the US Bank terms of online banking. Once you have completed all of the steps, you will be able to easily manage your credit card finances through your new online banking account.
