Useful for car repairs, but limited beyond that
I picked up the tires plus the credit card when I needed new tires and occasional service, and it does decent promotional deal there. Outside of that, though, the rewards and benefits are pretty minimal

Solid Card for Tire Purchases
I got this card mainly to manage my tire and auto repair costs. It made payments easier and I liked spreading the cost over a few months. I would not use it for anything outside of Tire Plus stores, but for car stuff it works as expected.

NO customer service
The representatives "talk over" you, interrupting you and repeat themselves as if they didn't actually listen to your question. Horrible to communicate with.
