The creditor and issuer of the Bank of Albuquerque Visa Business Cash Credit Card is Elan Financial Services (EFS). Instead of going into the bank, cardholders have the option of enrolling for an online banking account with EFS which allows them to securely and conveniently access their credit card account. Once logged in, users will be able to opt in for online statements, set up account alerts and perform multiple banking tasks such as making payments and transfers. All of this can be completed using any computer or mobile device, and registering for an account takes no time at all. How to Login

To gain access to your EFS online banking account, first click on this link to get to the account access page of the EFS web portal. Once the page loads, locate the LOGIN box and enter your Personal ID into the indicated field. Click CONTINUE to get to the password section of the login process.

When you created the account, you came up with a unique password so you can log in securely at anytime. Enter your Password into the field provided and click SUBMIT. If both your password and ID were accepted, you should be looking at the main page of your online banking account.

With all the accounts people have today it’s no wonder we can’t always remember our login credentials. If you can’t remember your personal ID, there’s a simple recovery process you can go through to retrieve it. Click on the Forgot your Personal ID? link located within the login box on the EFS account access home page. You are required to enter the following information to retrieve your forgotten ID:

  • Credit card account number
  • Security code
  • Last 4 digits of Social Security number
  • Zip code

Click SUBMIT and follow the instructions provided on the subsequent pages to regain access to your online banking account.

If you’re still having a problem logging in, you might be trying to enter the wrong password. If you’d like to reset your password, click on the Forgot your Password? link located below the empty field where you would normally type your password. In order to set up a new password, first you need to provide the following information:

  • Personal ID
  • Credit card account number
  • Security code
  • Last 4 digits of Social Security number
  • Zip code

At the bottom of the page, you are given the chance to create a New Password; make sure it is easy to remember. Click SUBMIT once you have completed this page and you will be granted access to your online banking account.

Activation/Registration

If you haven’t already done so, now would be a great time to get your card up and running. Call the number we have provided above and an EFS customer service representative will walk you through the activation process. Once the activation process is complete, you might want to register for an EFS online banking account. To begin the enrollment process, click on the Secure Registration link located below the activation number. EFS requires the following information be submitted in order to create an online account:

  • Credit card account number
  • Security code
  • Last 4 digits of Social Security number
  • Zip code

Next, create a unique Personal ID and Password for the account. The last step asks for an Email Address. It’s not mandatory that you provide your email address but it will allow you to receive offers and promotions relating to your credit card account. Once you are satisfied with the information you have provided, click SUBMIT.

With your Bank of Albuquerque Visa Business Cash Credit Card activated and your EFS online account created, you can complete all the banking tasks you desire. Happy banking!
