Citibank Simplicity Credit Card Login | Make a Payment

Individuals looking to apply for the Citibank Simplicity Credit Card can do so by navigating to the Secure Login Webpage and entering their login information. Once logged in, the cardholder will be able to make adjustments to their account, request additional cards, review previous statement history, and pay any outstanding balances.


Make a Payment

Cardholders can pay any outstanding balances on their Citibank Simplicity Credit Card by logging in to their online account. This can be done by navigating to the Secure Login Webpage and entering your User ID in the blank “User ID” field, and your password in the blank “Password” field. Once this information has been entered, click the “Sign On” button to access your online account. From your online account you will be able to make payments and will be given the opportunity to setup scheduled electronic payments. You will also have the option to ensure that no paper statements are mailed to your place of residence.

Individuals who have received their Citibank Simplicity Credit Card in the mail will need to activate the card online before it can be used. In order to activate the card, you must first navigate to the Secure Activation Webpage.

Once you have navigated to the Secure Activation Webpage input the following information in the applicable fields:

  • Your credit card number
  • Your name as it appears on your card
  • Your security code (the last three digits on the back of the card)
  • The last 4 digits of the primary cardholder’s Social Security Number
  • The primary cardholder’s date of birth


After entering the required information, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the blue “Activate” button. Your Citibank Simplicity Credit Card will have now been activated and will be ready to use.
