They charge you for everything! To make a payment online, even more to call and make a payment! I tried twice from 2 separate accounts to pay the full amount and TWICE they refunded the money without me knowing and charged me a return fee! When I called their excuse was it was an invalid routing number! Which definitely was not the cas because I'd been using the same exact account to make payments seen I got the dress. They just want more money, on top of their ridiculous interest rate! If I could go back I would have never purchased a dress for David's Bridal.
