Travel Benefits That Actually Matter
Free room upgrade and priority late checkout felt genuine and the annual fee was worth it for the travel perks. Only wish the welcome bonus was bigger.

Pretty Perks Painful Process
I was excited for free nights and upgrade , but applying was confusing and customer service frustrating. After a couple stays, perks felt limited for annual fee. I ended up using other travel cards more.
