Too many issue for a Signature card
I had high hopes for the EIK river bank visa signature bonus rewards card, but it's been nothing but frustration. The rewards tract inconsistently, and I kept getting random holds on perfectly normal purchases. Their support line always says they'll look into it but nothing changes. for a card advertised as premium, it feels anything but
