Logging into your Indiana University Alumni Association (IUAA) Credit Card through the card provider, Bank of America’s website makes it easier than ever to manage your accounts. View past statements, manage bills, transfer funds and more, from anywhere, online. You will find helpful information on logging in, activating a new card and enrolling in online account access by scrolling down this page.

Go to the Bank of America website. In the upper righthand corner, you will see the login panel, as pictured below. Enter your Online ID and Passcode then click the Sign In button. You should now be logged in to your IUAA Credit Card online portal.
In the situation that you have forgotten some or all of your login information click the Forgot ID or Forgot Passcode links as seen in the above image.
To retrieve a forgotten online ID, you will have to enter your card number, SSN or TIN, and Passcode in the fields shown below and then click Continue.
If your Passcode is forgotten, you will have to reset it. Enter your card number, SSN or TIN, and Online ID in the indicated fields shown below then click Continue. You will then be able to create a new password and login to your account.
In the case that both your Online ID and Passcode have been forgotten, click the Forgot Online ID and Passcode? link. Enter your credit card number and SSN or TIN, on the linked page (seen below).
As of this writing there is no online activation service for the IUAA Credit Card. Please call the toll free number provided above to activate your new card a Bank of America representative will activate your card for you. To enroll in online account services, click the Secure registration link provided above, then enter your card number and SSN. Click Continue.
You will then set up the login, security and contact information for your online account access. When you have completed all the steps, you will be able to log in from any internet-connected computing device anywhere!
