Probably the most convenient way to manage your credit card finances is online. By registering your account for online access, you can keep on top of your account activity from any personal computer or smart device. All online access for the Jeff Bank Secured Visa Card is provided by the card issuer and creditor, Elan Financial Services (EFS). Through their online portal you will be able to view your statements, pay your bills, look at past transactions, update your personal information, and more. We have provided a guide below to help you get started. By scrolling down you will find instructions on how to log into your account, how to activate your card, and how to register for online banking.

Online account access is accomplished by logging in through the EFS login page. On the login page, enter your Personal ID into the Login box and click Continue to continue to the next step of the login process.
On the next page, you will need to enter your Password into the indicated blank field. If both of your login credentials were correctly entered, clicking the Login button here should grant you access to your account.
If you have forgotten your personal ID, to retrieve it you will need to navigate to the principal login page and click the Forgot your Personal ID? link. On the retrieval page, you have to provide the following details:
Once you have finished entering the required information, click Submit. After following the instructions in the pages that follow, you will be able to retrieve your forgotten ID and regain access to your account.
If you have forgotten your password you will need to navigate to the second login page and click the Forgot your Password? link. On the next page, you will need to enter all of the information listed below in order to create a new password.
After supplying the above information, click Submit to change your password. From now on, you will use this password to log in.
If you just received your card, you will need to get it activated in order to make purchases. Activation can be accomplished by calling the activation number that we have provided above to get your card up and running. Once you’ve got your card activated, you can start managing your new account online by enrolling in online access with EFS. To enroll, you can follow the Secure Registration link that we have provided above the activation number. On the enrollment page, you must provide the below information before continuing.
Now create your Personal ID and your Password, and enter your designations into the indicated fields. Below that, you can enter your Email Address if you would like to receive special offers from EFS. When you’re finished, you can click Submit to complete the enrollment process.
