When you first receive your Jeff Bank College Rewards Visa Card in the mail, you’ll have to activate it before you can use it for making any purchases. Once you activate your credit card, you can sign up for online access to your new account through the card-issuing company, Elan Financial Services (EFS). If you register your account for online access, you will be able to keep track of your account activity, manage your rewards points, pay your bills, update your personal information, and perform balance transfers. How to Login

In order to access your Jeff Bank College Rewards Visa Card account online, you will need to navigate to the EFS login page and enter your Personal ID into the Login window. When you’re ready, click the Continue button to proceed.

Next, you will need to enter your Password and click the Login button in order to complete the login process. Providing that you have entered both of your login credentials correctly, at this juncture you should now be logged into your account.

In the event that you have forgotten your personal ID, you will need click the Forgot your Personal ID? link (in the first login window) to be able to retrieve it. Provide the following information on the subsequent page:

To activate the Jeff Bank College Rewards Visa Card, you will need to call the activation number provided above and follow the provided telephonic instructions. Once your card is up and running, you can click the Secure Registration link (found above the activation number) to enroll in online access in order to personally manage your credit finances. After following this link, you will be asked to enter the following details:

Last 4 digits of Social Security number

Next, enter a unique Personal ID and Password for your new account. Then, provide your Email Address if you interested in receiving email promotions from EFS. Once this page has been completed to your satisfaction, click Submit to complete the registration process for you account.
