If you recently received an Amalgamated Bank College Rewards Visa Card in the mail, now is the time to get started building up your credit by making purchases and managing your account responsibly. To get you started on the right foot, we’ve provided instructions below to assist you in creating and accessing an online banking account. Elan Financial Services (EFS), the card-issuer, provides 24/7 online account access for this credit card, which enables cardholders to be able to view their statements, make payments, set up account alerts, and generally keep their accounts up-to-date. How to Login

To get started with the login process, you will need to navigate to EFS’s login page. Once there, enter your Personal ID in the appropriate field and click Continue to get to the next step.

Now you will need to provide your Password before clicking Login and gaining access to your online account.

In the case that you’ve forgotten your personal ID, you will need to go to the first login page and click the Forgot your Personal ID? link. Then, on the retrieval page, enter the following information before clicking Submit:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

By following the subsequent instructions you will be able to retrieve your forgotten ID and, in turn, log into your account.

For a forgotten password, you will need to go the second login window and click the Forgot your Password? link. Enter the information listed below into the indicated spaces, paying special attention to the new password you choose.

Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code
New password

Click Submit to complete the ID verification process and save your new password. You can now go back to the first login window and restart the login process using your new password.

If your Amalgamated Bank College Rewards Visa Card is not yet activated, now is a good time to do so. Call the toll-free number found above and a representative will be able to assist you in getting your card fully up and running. Once your credit card is activated, you can register for online banking through EFS. To register, click the Secure registration link found above and enter the following information into the blank spaces of the enrollment page:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Now you must create and enter a Personal ID and a Password to be used as your login credentials whenever you need to access your account. Enter your Email Address if you would like to be sent special offers and information about your new credit card. When you are ready, click Submit to complete the enrollment process.

Your new credit card is now activated and enrolled in online account access through EFS. This means you can now pay off your balance and keep track of your spending from any of your personal computing devices. Happy banking!
