How to Apply

Step 2 – The next steps will have you filling out personal and financial information so they can verify your identity and approve your application. The first section requires you to enter the following information:

Social security number
Date of birth
Annual income

Step 3 – Now enter your contact information, including address, email address and phone number.

Step 4 – You have the option of adding an additional member to your account, allowing them to make purchases. Keep in mind you will be responsible for all the payments made on this account. If you would like to add another user, tick the Yes box and enter their information. If not, skip this step and click Continue.
