Requirements

You must meet the following requirements in order to be eligible for this card:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid government-issued photo ID
Have a U.S. Social Security Number
Be a U.S. resident residing in the United States
Have a street, rural route or APO/FPO mailing address

How to Apply

Step 2- Specify the type of address you reside at by selecting one of the two available options. Enter your full address, email address and mobile phone number.

Step 3- If you would like to add an authorized buyer (someone else who can make purchases with this card), select Yes and provide that individual’s name and their relationship to you. Click Continue to proceed.

Step 4- Before submitting your application take a moment to review the terms and conditions associated with this card. If you agree with their policies, click I Consent followed by Submit. Your application will then be reviewed for acceptance by Comenity Capital Bank.
