The Westpac Altitude Credit Card allows cardholders to make immediate online payments and review their monthly statement history without having to open up an envelope. By simply creating an online account and accessing it, cardholders can manage their credit card in its entirety and will have all the tools needed to pay bills online, update contact info, review statement history, and request additional cards. Scroll down this page and you will find a helpful guide that explains everything you need to know about setting up an online account and making use of it.

Before you continue we feel it is important that you review the online privacy policy in order to be fully aware of how your personal information is going to be handled throughout the login and activation processes.

How to Login

Step 1: What you first need to do is head over to the login homepage, pictured below.

Step 2: Click the Sign in button on the following page.

Step 3: Enter your Customer ID and Password in the blank spaces provided and then click the Sign in button to gain access to your online account. If you have the need to reset your password you can do so by clicking the Reset your password link and continuing on to the following steps.

Step 4: Enter your Customer ID and Date of birth into the blank spaces provided.

Step 5: Click the Next button to begin the retrieval process of your forgotten password.

If you have not done so already, you can create an online account by either calling the activation number listed above or by enrolling online. To enroll online first click the Secure activation link above. Then, on the following page, click the Sign in button.

You must then click Register now.

Enter the following information where applicable:

• Customer ID
• First name
• Last name
• Date of birth

Click the Next button to proceed.

Before activation can be completed you will need to create a few security questions, a password, and input some basic details about yourself and your account preferences. Once completed you will have all the tools you need to manage your credit card safely and effectively online.
