If you recently received an Amalgamated Bank Visa Business Cash Card in the mail, congratulations are in order because with this credit card you can save a little money every time you spend! To better manage your new account, we recommend that you register for online banking with the card-issuer, Elan Financial Services (EFS). By using this convenient online service, you will be able to easily keep up-to-date with your statements, make payments, review your purchase history and more, all from the home or office. We have provided instructions, information and links below to assist you in activating your new card, registering for your online banking account, and accessing said account once created. To start, you will need to navigate to the EFS login page (pictured below). Enter your Personal ID and click Continue to go to the next step.
Next, enter your Password in the blank space and click Login. Providing your password was submitted correctly, you should now be logged into your online banking account.
If you can’t remember your personal ID, go to the first login page and click the Forgot your Personal ID? link. On the retrieval page you will be asked to type the following information into the blank spaces:
Now click Submit and follow the subsequent instructions to retrieve your forgotten ID. When you have retrieved your personal ID, you should be able to log into your account.
If you remember your personal ID, but have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it by going to the second login window and clicking the Forgot your Password? link. On the ID Verification page you will be able to reset your password by filling out the information listed below, including the creation of your new password.
Once the above information has been provided, go ahead and click Submit to have your new password registered to your account.
If your Amalgamated Bank Visa Business Cash Card is not yet activated, you can do so now by calling the toll-free number found above. Once the activation process has been completed, you will be able to register for online account access provided by EFS. If you would like to register right now, click the Secure Registration link found above the activation phone number. You will need to type the following information into the blank spaces of the enrollment page:
At this juncture, you will create and enter a Personal ID and Password for you to be used when you want to log into your account. Next, enter your Email Address where indicated if you would like to be sent special offers and information about your new credit card. To complete the registration process, click Submit.
Your Amalgamated Bank Visa Business Cash Card is activated and registered for online banking! Now you can start making purchases with your new card and managing your credit card finances using your new online banking account.
