If you recently received a Berkshire Bank Visa Business Cash Card in the mail, congratulations are in order! Every time you make purchases with this card you save money (as long as you’re not paying interest). To get you off on the right foot and make your cash rewards card pay off, we recommend that you register for an online banking account with Elan Financial Services (EFS). By accessing your account through their online portal, you will be able to view your past statements, review your transactions, pay your bills, perform balance transfers, and more, all from the comfort of your own home or office. To log in, you will need to navigate to the EFS login page (you can do so by clicking this link) and find the Login window. Type your Personal ID into the indicated field and click the Continue button to continue.
Next, you will be required to supply your Password before clicking the Login button. If your login credentials are both accurate, you should gain immediate access to your account.
To retrieve a forgotten personal ID, click the Forgot your Personal ID? link (found in the first login window). Then, provide the following information into the blank spaces of the ID retrieval page:
Next, click Submit and in the ensuing pages you will be able to retrieve your forgotten personal ID and regain access to your account.
In the event that you have forgotten your password, you will need to change it by clicking the Forgot your Password? link (found in the second login window). On the ID Verification page you will need to enter the following information before creating and entering your New Password:
Click Submit to complete the verification process and save your new password.
To activate a new Berkshire Bank Visa Business Cash Card by telephone, call the activation number provided above and follow the telephonic instructions provided to get your card up and running. With your card activated, you can now register for online account access by clicking the Secure registration link found above the activation number. Provide the below information on the enrollment page.
Next, you will need to create a unique Personal ID and Password for your new account. If you are interested in receiving special offers and information regarding your credit card in your inbox, provide your Email Address where indicated. Click Submit to finish your enrollment.
