If you recently received the Berkshire Bank Visa Bonus Rewards or the Rewards Plus Card in the mail, you may be wondering what the best way to manage your credit card finances will be. By enrolling in online banking through Elan Financial Services (EFS), the card-issuer, you will be able keep track of/redeem your rewards, view your statements, pay your bills, update your personal information, and more, all from the comfort of your home or office. To help you get off on the right foot, we have provided a guide below on how to enroll in and log into online banking, and how to activate a new card (if you haven’t already). Scroll down and find the information that you need to get started.
Before continuing, we recommend that you review the EFS online privacy policy to learn how they share their clients’ information.
To get started, you will need to navigate to the EFS login page and locate the Login window. Once there, enter your Personal ID in the indicated space and click Continue to proceed to the next step.
Next, you will be required to provide your Password and click the Login button to gain access to your online account.
In the event that you have forgotten your personal ID, you will need to locate and click the Forgot your Personal ID? link in the first login window. On the retrieval page, you will be asked to supply the following information:
Click Submit and, in the subsequent steps, you will be able to retrieve your forgotten ID and regain access your account.
If you can’t remember the password for your online banking account, you will need to locate and click the Forgot your Password? link (found in the second login window). On the ID Verification page you will be asked to supply the following information:
Click Submit to complete the ID verification process and have your new password saved. By going back to the login window and using your new password, you will be able to regain access to your account.
If your Berkshire Bank Visa Bonus Rewards or Rewards Plus Card is not yet activated, call the activation number provided above and a customer service agent will be able to assist you in getting your card fully up and running. Once your credit card has been activated, you will be able to enroll in online banking through EFS. To register for this service, click the Secure Registration link found just above the activation number and enter the below information into the enrollment page.
After completing the above information, you will need to create your Personal ID and your Password, entering these credentials into the indicated spaces. Next, if you would like to receive special offers and information about your new credit card, enter your Email Address where indicated. Click Submit, when you are done, to complete your enrollment.
Congratulations! Your new credit card is activated and enrolled in online account banking. You can now keep track of your finances and rewards points from any personal computer or smart device. Happy banking!
