How to Login

To login you will first need to navigate to the Citi homepage. Once there, please enter your user ID and password in order to login successfully.

Select the Forgot User ID/Password? links if you have managed to lose track of your login credentials. Once redirected, complete the prescribed forms to retrieve and/or reset the credential in question.

To activate your new card you have two options: either call the number above or register an account online with Citi. To follow the latter route please select the link above and enter the following information into the account creation form:

• Credit Card Number
• Full Name
• Security Code
• Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number
• Date of Birth

Once completed you will be free to manage your card from any computing device.
