If you are an owner of the Community Alliance Visa Credit Card you may be having difficulty banking online. This may be due to the fact that, like many credit unions, Community Alliance utilizes eZCard, a third-party operator that allows for simplified online banking. If you’re looking to activate your card you may do so by calling the number on the back (800.456.6870) or by enrolling on eZCard. In order to take the latter route you must go back to the eZCard homepage, linked above, and select enroll now.
In order to enrol you must first enter your card number. Once entered, you will be able to complete the enrolment by setting up your security parameters and account settings.
