Step 3-Addition User Information

Step 4-Financial Information

Under the category of Financial Information, you will need to submit the following data:

• Employment Status
• Current Employer’s Name
• Work Phone
• Time at Employer
• Annual Income
• Other Annual Income and it’s source (if applicable)
• Whether you have a checking or savings account
