The Home Depot Credit Card user page can be accessed by entering one’s User ID and password on the login page. One must simply enter their User ID in the box next to “User ID” and their password in the box next to “Password”. For easier access on return visits, check the “Remember my ID” tick box.

In the case of a forgotten User ID or password, access the “Forgot your User ID or Password?” hyperlink below the login information boxes.

Make a Payment

After entering their User ID and password, account holders can pay their bills, view recent activity on their credit cards, and update information including their password and their billing address.

Activation

• Secure Activation

Access the “Secure Activation” page from the link above and enter the required information to activate the card. In the “Card Number” box, enter the Home Depot Credit Card’s 16-digit number. In the “Name on Card” box, enter the name on the credit card. In the “Last 3 Digits on Signature Panel”, enter the final 3 digits on the back of the card near the signature box. Finally, in the “Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number” box, enter the last 4 digits of your social security number.

After the information above is entered, one can finalize their online account by continuing with the “Profile”, “Security”, and “Settings” portions of the activation.
