How to Apply for Kohl’s Credit Card

You may apply for a Kohl’s Credit Card through the application page found on the Kohl’s homepage. The application uses encryption to ensure the safety of privacy of sensitive information. Approval or rejection of your application can take anywhere from 60 seconds to 48 hours.

Requirements

In order to apply for a Kohl’s Credit Card you must ensure the following:

You are at least 18 years of age or older
You are at least 19 years of age if you reside in Alaska or New England

How to Apply

Step 1: To apply for a Kohl’s Credit Card you must first ensure that you have the following information readily available to be inputted into the application form:

Any personal offer codes you have received
Your First and Last name
Your address
The name of the city and state that you reside
Your zip code
Your home phone number
Your social security number
Your date of birth
Your total gross annual income
Your e-mail address

Step 2: To begin the application process, you must direct yourself to the secure application page and click the “Apply Now” button.

Step 3: Read the information that is written on the “Cardmember Agreement” page as it pertains to your consent for electronic disclosure. You must click the “Continue” button to proceed. By clicking the “Continue” button, you are consenting to receive an electronic copy of the Kohl’s Account Opening Disclosures, Cardmember Agreement, and Credit Card Privacy Policy.

Step 4: You will now have the opportunity to input any Personal Offer Codes you may or may not have received prior to the application process. If you have a Personal Offer Code, simply input it in the blank information bar and click “Submit”. Once completed, or if you do not have a Personal Offer Code, click the “Continue” button to proceed.

Step 5: You will now be required to input your personal information. Keep in mind that the only mandatory fields that need to be filled are marked with an asterisk *. Input the following information where required.

Your First and Last name
Your address
The name of the city and state that you reside
Your zip code
Your home phone number
Your social security number
Your date of birth
Your total gross annual income
Your e-mail address

Step 6: Certify that you have read and agree to the Card Member Agreement that is located just below where you inputted your personal information by checking the required box.

Step 7: Review that you have filled in the required information correctly and click the “Continue” button to finalize the application.
