Step 3- In the Additional Information segment of the application process you will need to first enter your tax payer ID. Specify the years your business has been active, number of vehicles, legal structure, average monthly fuel/service expenses and whether or not your business is exempt from motor fuel tax.

Step 4- Indicate how you heard about this credit card by choosing one of the options located in the drop-down menu under Personal Information. Lastly, enter your business title, first and last name, phone number and your email address.
