Offering a 10% discount off your first purchase in store and 15% off when you receive your card in the mail, the Maurices credit card is a convenient way to pay for your store purchases. This card is offered by Comenity Bank.
Step 1 – Visit the Maurices online application page. Click on the “Start Application” button in the lower left hand corner.
Step 2 – Provide your name, Social Security number, date of birth, and annual income. If you live in California, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Ohio, or Wisconsin, read the state-specific disclosures before you continue.
Step 3 – Enter your address, keeping in mind that PO Box mailing addresses will not be accepted. Provide valid home and work phone numbers. Enter and confirm your email address.
If you wish to add an authorized buyer, click on the “Yes” button and provide this person’s full name and relationship to you.
Click on the “Continue” button to view the consent forms. If you agree to the terms, your application will be immediately processed and you’ll be informed if you’ve been approved for a Maurices credit card.
