This page is designed for new cardholders of the Purdue Federal Visa Secured Credit Card who are looking for information on how to access their account online or activate a new card. Through the Purdue Federal Credit Union, cardholders are able to view, manage, and print their statements, rewards, and bills. If you have not yet enrolled in account access or you still need to activate your card, you will find helpful information at the bottom of the page. How to Login

Toe, first go to the Purdue Federal site, then navigate to the login window, enter your Member Login, and click Login.

You will need to provide your Password and click Sign In to be granted access to your online banking portal.

If you ever happen to forget your password, click the I Forgot My Password or I Lost My Password link found in the login windows to be able to regain access to your account.

 

On the linked page, enter the following information and click Submit to reset or retrieve your login info:

• User ID
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Account number
• Email address
• Home phone number

After clicking Submit, if your account is authenticated, you will be able to reset or retrieve your login.

Activation/Registration

Call the toll-free number posted above to get your card activated if you haven’t done so already. Once your card is activated, you can enroll in direct online access to your account through the Purdue Federal website. Begin by clicking the Secure registration link that we have provided for your convenience above this paragraph. This link will redirect you to the terms and conditions of the Online, Mobile, and Text Banking Services Agreement.

Read and agree to the terms if you wish to enroll in online banking with Purdue Federal.

On the next page enter the following information in the blank spaces:

• Full name
• Account/Phone PIN
• Account number
• Email address
• Home phone number

When you have finished entering this information, click Submit.

In the subsequent pages you will set up your password and user ID. When you have completed this short process, you will be able to access your account at anytime by using the Purdue Federal website.
