Cardholders of the U.S. Bank Visa Platinum Card can enjoy the convenience of managing their credit card account online by enrolling in U.S. Bank’s online banking services. Through this portal owners can manage their rewards, pay their bills, review their purchase history, and download their e-statements, all from the comfort of their home. If you recently acquired this credit card, we have provided helpful instructions on this page to assist you in taking full advantage of managing your new card’s rewards and finances. How to Login

To access your secure online account, navigate to the U.S. Bank login page (by following this link) and enter your Personal ID. Click Log In to continue to the next step.

Now enter your Password in the indicated space and click Log In. This should direct you to your personal online banking homepage.

If you have forgotten your personal ID, you will need to locate and click the Forgot ID? link in the first login window. Then, select Personal. Choose your Phone Number, Email Address, or your Card or Account number as your method of identification. You will then need to enter your chosen identification method and your Last 4 digits of SSN in the indicated fields. Click Next and, in the pages that follow, you can retrieve your personal ID and be able to log into your account using your recovered login information.

You will then need to enter your Phone Number, Email Address, or your Card or Account number and your Last 4 digits of SSN in the indicated fields. Click Next and, in the pages that follow, you can retrieve your personal ID and be able to log into your account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot Password? link (in the second login window). Enter your Last 4 digits of SSN and click Next. In the pages that follow, you will be able to reset your password and, in turn, regain access to your personalized online banking homepage.

If you have recently received a U.S. Bank Visa Platinum Card in the mail, you will need to activate it by calling the above customer service number and following the telephone instructions. Once your card is activated, we recommend that you register it for online banking by clicking the Secure registration link that we have provided above this paragraph. On the enrollment webpage you will need to select Personal as your account type, indicate whether you have any existing accounts with U.S. Bank, and select I have a U.S. Bank Credit Card. You will then need to enter the following information listed below in the blank spaces before clicking Continue:

Credit card number
Signature panel code or PIN
Card expiration date
ZIP code
Last 4 digits of your SSN

To complete the enrollment process, you will need to create your login credentials and agree to the terms and conditions of online banking with U.S. Bank. Once you have finished this process, you will be able to easily log into your online banking account through the U.S. Bank website.
