How to Apply for the Capitol Public Radio Endowment Affinity Card

How to Apply

Step 1 – To access an online application, you will need to go to the Beneficial Bank’s card summary page for the Capitol Public Radio Endowment Affinity Card and click Apply Online Now.

Step 3 – Now, navigate to, and click the Apply Now link (on the page pictured in the below example) to gain access to the application.

Step 5 – Once on the application page, you can start by entering the following information into the Personal Information window:

  • Alternate phone # (if applicable)

  • Complete mailing address (if different from your physical address)

Step 6 – At this juncture, you will need to enter all of the employment and financial information listed below into the Employment Information window.

  • Employer
  • Occupation
  • Title
  • Length of time at this job
  • Work address (including city, state and ZIP code)
  • Work phone #
  • Previous employer (if you have spent less than 2 years with your current employer)
  • Address of previous workplace (if applicable)
  • Gross monthly income
  • Other monthly income
  • Description of other income


Step 7 – If you have been at your current address for less than 2 years, you will need enter the following details of your last address in the Previous Address window:

  • Street address
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Length of time at previous address


Step 8 – Next, indicate your housing situation by selecting the appropriate option in the Housing Information window. Then, enter your monthly rent or mortgage expenses in the Monthly Payment field, and click Next.


Step 9 – In this step, you may choose to add other authorized users, and/or perform balance transfers (up to four). If you would like to add additional authorized users to this account, enter their information in the Authorized User window. If you’d like to perform a balance transfer, click Add Balance Transfer and provide the necessary information. Otherwise, skip ahead to the next step.


Step 10 – If a bank employee referred you to this card, enter their information in the Bank Contact window. Type any additional comments that you may like to have considered along with the rest of your application into the Comments window.
