finally, a card that makes sense
I've been juggling multiple cars with hidden fees, but this credit card is a breath of fresh air. No late fees, no annual fee, and the interest is reasonable. It's straightforward and stress fee, exactly what I needed.

citi simplicity service
Called in for payoff amt. I talked to 2 people who said they could not give me an amount, Pay off immediately over phone. Amount was estimated. I was told to watch my balance. Very rude. I was told no one there could give the amount or anywhere else. I told them I have not had a problem anywhere else getting an exact payoff amount. Can they not calculate this ??????????????????? Not happy. Very disrespectful.

BEST CARD EVER!!!
I love this card. No late fees, no annual fees. Because I had NO DEBT, no Mortgage payment, car payment, I couldn't get credit. Go figure. Simplicity immediately approved me and I've now established credit and my credit score went from 600 to almost 800. I can use this card for my vacations now, home repairs.I haven't had to deal with the CS dept. yet so can't comment on that. I keep my balance low-medium, it helps to get credit increases.

Their system won't take my bank account number???
I wanted to pay this card off and thought it was done in January. For some reason, I have to call in every month because the automatic payment won't work. So...they said they couldn't make the transfer and the card was not paid off in December. I have to call every month.
