Step 1- You will need to start at the Bank of Elk River’s Personal Credit Card page found here. From there scroll down to the card description where you will click on the link Learn More or Apply Now!.

Step 2- Clicking the link above might create a pop up stating you will be navigated to an external link, it is safe to click OK. It will bring you to the EFS page where all the Bank of Elk River Credit Cards are listed. Find Cash Rewards American Express Card and click on Apply Now below that. Step 3- You will need to submit the following information:

Country of citizenship
Country of permanent residence
Phone number (s)
Email address

Step 4- The next information required will be on housing. Here they require your full address and how long you have resided there, along with information on renting/owning and how much you pay per month.

Step 5- Now enter your income and employment information in this order:

Employment status
Employer
Occupation
Annual income
Other income (yes/no)
Which accounts are held with The Bank of Elk River

Step 6- Answer yes or no to the questions posed at this juncture.
