Do you own Elk River Visa Business Cash Card, but haven’t yet created an online account? You’re in the right place. Still need to activate your card? Scroll down to the bottom of this page and call the 1 (800) number. This guide will provide you with all the steps that you’ll need to follow to be able to login, pay bills, make transfers and view your statements online. You will be logging into your Elk River Visa Business Cash Card account through a third party website, Elan Financial Services (EFS), which issues and handles the credit cards for the Elk River Bank.

Navigate to the EFS secure login page and enter your Peronal ID in the presented field and click on Continue.
On the following page provide your ID Shield Answer and click Next, which will take you to your online account. click Remember this computer, if you want login more quickly on your device.
Did you forget your Personal ID or your Shield Answer? No problem! You will be able to retrieve this information. Just click Forgot your Personal ID? or Forgot your Answer? link on the login pages.
To retrieve your Personal ID, you will be asked to supply your credit card account number, security code (both found on your card), your SSN and either your Zip Code or PIN.
You can also use your PIN number instead of your Zip Code by clicking Verify by PIN and entering you 4 digit PIN.
If you have forgotten your Shield Answer you will be required to supply your Personal ID, credit card account number, security code (both found on your card), your SSN and either your Zip Code or PIN.
At the time of this review, to activate your card you will have to call the above 1-800 number and speak to a representative to activate your card. To register for your online account you can click the Secure Registration link provided above. It will take you to a form shown below in this example:
Enter your information in the above fields. You will be asked to create a Personal ID and Password. Once all fields are completed, click Submit and your Elk River Visa Business Cash Card is registered, go back to the top of the guide for a step-by-step guide to logging in.
