Are you a member of the Farm Bureau? If so, the Farm Bureau Member Rewards MasterCard has been designed just for you! As a Farm Bureau member you can earn double points for every dollar spent on Farm Bureau insurance premiums and/or member dues. You also have no annual fee and a standard rewards program of 1 point per dollar spent. The APR (interest rate) can be as low as 10.24%, depending on your credit-worthiness (APR is subject to change). Below you will find a short tutorial detailing the required steps and information needed to apply for your Farm Bureau Member Rewards MasterCard.

Requirements
To be eligible for the Farm Bureau Member Rewards MasterCard you will have to fulfill the following requirements:
- Be a US citizen
- Have a valid US address
- Have a valid SSN
- Be at least 18 years of age
How to Apply
Step 1- Go to the Farm Bureau Bank’s credit card application page.
Step 2- Select the card that you are applying for (Member Rewards MasterCard) from the pulldown menu. Indicate that you are a Farm Bureau member and whether or not you were referred by an agent.
If you are not a Farm Bureau member, you will have to apply by mail and pay a $250 application fee. If this is the case, indicate that you are not a member and the dialogue pictured below will appear. If you wish to proceed, click Apply Now and print the PDFs. Step 3- Click Next.
Step 4- Provide the following personal information:
- Full name
- Complete physical address
- Residence type
- Time at residence
Step 5- Provide the following required information
- Mailing address (if different from your physical address)
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- SSN
- Mother’s maiden name
- Whether you would like to add a joint applicant
Step 6- Click Next.
Step 7- Select your employment status.
If you are employed, you will have to provide the following information:
- Current position
- Employer name
- Employer name
- Employer phone #
- Your gross income
- Your income frequency
- Your length of current employment
- Your length of time in said industry
If you are self-employed, you will have to provide the following information:
- Type of business
- Business name
- Business phone #
- Complete business address
- Gross income
- Income frequency
- Length of employment
- Length of time in said industry
Step 7- If you wish to provide any feedback to the Farm Bureau Bank write your message in the indicated field pictured below.
