Cardholders of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Visa Credit Card will find it extremely efficient to manage their account directly from their Bank of America online portal. They can pay bills online, review statements, update contact information, and improve their security settings. To do so, you will need to activate your new card and enroll in online services. If you are a new HRC Visa Credit Card cardholder, you will find helpful information on logging in by scrolling down.
Before you proceed, pleace read the Bank of America privacy policy so that you know how they protect your information.
Go to the Bank of America website and navigate to the login panel pictured below. Enter your Online ID and Passcode then click the Sign In button. You should now be logged in.
If you forget your login information click the Forgot ID or Forgot Passcode links seen at the bottom of the login panel.
To retrieve a forgotten online ID, enter your card number, SSN or TIN, and Passcode in the fields shown below then click Continue.
For a forgotten Passcode, you will have to reset it. Enter your card number, SSN or TIN, and Online ID in the fields shown below then click Continue. You will then be able to create a new password and login to your account.
If you have forgotten both your Online ID and Passcode, click the Forgot Online ID and Passcode? link. Enter your credit card number and SSN or TIN on the next page (seen below).
Unfortunately, there is no activation option for the HRC Visa Credit Card online, so you will need to activate your card by calling the toll-free number listed above. A Bank of America representative will help you get that done. To enroll in online access to your account, follow the Secure registration link provided above. Enter your card number and SSN in the indicated fields (see example below).
Click Continue. On the next three pages, you will have to create a username, password and security question for your account.
