Have you forgotten your ID or passcode? Not to worry, you can easily reset your passcode or retrieve your ID by clicking either the Forgot ID or Forgot Passcode link, both of which are found in the sign-in window. You will then be taken to one of the pages pictured below. The process is essentially the same for both options; you will need to enter your complete card number or account number, your complete Social Security number or Tax ID number, and then your Online ID (for a forgotten passcode), or Passcode (for a forgotten ID). When ready, click Continue. In the subsequent steps you will be able to reset your passcode or retrieve your online ID, and then log back into your account.

Once your card has been activated, you can start making purchases and register for online banking.
