How to Apply

Step 1- Personal Information

After reading the Terms and Conditions (Plus/Premier) potential cardholders must first go to this webpage and enter the following information:

Full Name
Address
Rapid Rewards Number (optional)

Step 2- Financial Information

Potential cardholders must at this point provide Chase with some basic financial information in order to continue with the application process. The specific information that the applicant must have on hand to enter into the provided fields is comprised of the following:

Type of Residence
Bank Accounts Owned
Annual Income
Source of Income (if employed: employer)
Bankruptcy admission

Step 3- Security Information

The applicant must now enter his/her most sensitive personal information.
