• Have a checking account

• Whether you have a checking or savings account
• Date of birth
• Social security number
• Confirm social security number
• E-mail address

Step 5: Click the tick-box to consent to the terms and conditions, and to agree that you have read the privacy policy.

Step 6: Click the Continue button to finalize the application process.
