With the Toys R Us Credit Card cardholders are able to manage their credit in its entirety from the comfort of their own homes. Once you have setup an online account and you’ve successfully logged in, you’ll be able to check account activity, view recent statements, pay your bill, update your account info, set up account alerts, and perform other account management tasks. All you have to do is scroll down this page and you will find a guide that explains everything you need to know about accessing your online account and setting one up if you have not done so already.
You first need to navigate to the login homepage, pictured below.
Click the Manage Account button.
On the following page, enter your User ID in the blank space provided and click the Login button. You will then be required to enter your Password on the following page before you are given access to your online account.
If you have forgotten your login credentials, click on the Lookup User ID link for assistance. You will be asked to enter the following information before clicking the Next button in order to begin the information retrieval process:
If you have not done so already, you can setup an online account by either calling the number provided above or by completing the registration process online. To begin the online registration process, click the Secure registration link above. On the following page, click Manage Account.
On the following page, click Register Here.
You will then be required to enter your Account number in the blank space provided and click the Next button. On the following pages you will be asked to validate your identity, select your security settings, select a security image, and review that all of the information you have entered is correct. Once completed you will have registered for an online account that can be used to manage your Toys R Us Credit Card in its entirety.
