Welcome to login/activation tutorial for the Westpac Altitude Platinum Credit Card. On this page you will find a guide that will explain how to login to your online account and how to set one up if you have not done so already. Once created, the online account associated with your Westpac Altitude Platinum Credit Card will provide you with all the tools needed to make online payments and review your monthly statements without the paper. Simply scroll down this page and you will find everything you need to know about how to login to your online account and how to set one up.

At this point we recommend to all of our readers that they take a brief moment to review the online privacy policy in order to be fully informed as to how their personal information is going to be handled throughout the login and activation processes.

How to Login

Step 1: You first need to navigate to the login homepage, pictured below.

Step 2: Click the Sign In button.

Step 3: Enter your Customer ID and Password in the blank spaces provided and then click the Sign in button to be given access to your online account. If you have forgotten or misplaced your login information you can retrieve it by first clicking the Reset your password link and then continuing on to Step 4.

Step 4: To retrieve your login information enter your Customer ID and Date of birth where required.

Step 5: Finally, click the Next button to retrieve your login information.

If you have not registered for an online account yet you may do so by either calling the activation number listed above or by enrolling online. To enroll online you must first click the Secure activation link provided above. On the following page click the Sign in button.

You must then click the Register now button.

Enter the following information in the space provided:

• Customer ID
• First name
• Last name
• Date of birth

Click the Next button to proceed.

On the following pages you will be required to create security questions, a new password, and enter some basic details about yourself and your preferences regarding your online account. Once completed you will have activated an online account that can be used to manage your credit card in its entirety.
