American Express cardholders have the option of managing their credit card, to the fullest extent, by using the online tools provided on the American Express homepage. By navigating to the homepage, entering one’s login information and accessing one’s online account, one can request additional cards, pay bills, update contact information and review statement history. Not only can American Express cardholders do all that once they start using their card to make purchases, but they even have the option of activating their card online using the same login portal. Simply follow the guide we have created for you, available below, and you too can manage your American Express credit card with ease.
To be able to access their online account, American Express cardholders must first login by going to the American Express homepage. On the homepage, users will see a drop-down login window in the upper left corner of the screen. The login tab is located just below the American Express logo and the “My Account” section. In the space that is provided to you, enter your User ID and password and then click the Log In button. If you cannot remember your login information, click the Forgot User ID or Password? to be directed to a retrieval page.
Enter your Lowe’s Business Rewards credit card number and corresponding 4-digit Card ID number into the spaces that are provided to you on the form that is pictured below. This will begin the retrieval process for your forgotten and/or lost information.
To be able to make purchases with your newly received American Express credit card, you are going to need to activate said card. American Express provides you with two different methods for activating your credit card: by phone (1-800-528-4800) or online through the creation of an online account. In order to go the route of online activation first navigate to the American Express homepage, linked above, and click Create New Online Account.
Enter your 4-digit Card ID number and Lowe’s Business Rewards credit card number into the blank spaces that are provided to you. Then you must set your account preferences and review your card benefits before you can finalize the creation of your online account and thus activate your credit card.
