This web portal, provided by Elan Financial Services (EFS), allows users to access their statements online, make payments, set up account alerts and much more, all from their computer or smartphone. If you think you would benefit from this EFS online service, but don’t know how to go about setting up an account, we’re here to help. How to Login

To begin, follow this link to get to the EFS login page. From here you need to enter your Personal ID in the field provided. Click CONTINUE to get to the next step.

Next, provide your Password and click LOGIN. Assuming both your ID and password were entered properly, you should be looking at the main page of your online banking account.

If you can’t remember your personal ID, follow the link labelled Forgot your Personal ID? on the main login page (as shown in the first window). For security purposes, EFS will require your Credit Card Account Number, Security Code, Last 4 digits of Social Security Number and Zip Code. Click SUBMIT and you will be given further instructions to retrieve your forgotten ID on the subsequent pages.

If it’s your password that is stopping you from gaining access to your account, you can retrieve it by clicking the Forgot your Password? link. You will be redirected to the ID Verification page wherein you will be asked to provide the following information:

Personal ID
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Once all that information is entered, you can create a New Password and click SUBMIT. This will be used to log into your account from now on, so don’t forget it! However, if you do, you can always repeat this process and set up a new password. You can now use the new password you’ve just created to log back into your online banking account.

To get your card up and running, call the number we have provided above. Once the activation process is complete, you might want to consider enrolling for an online banking account with EFS.
