Berkshire Bank Visa Platinum Credit Card Login

If you’re a proud owner of the Berkshire Bank Visa Platinum Credit Card, you will be pleased to know that your credit card account can be accessed online through Elan Financial Services’ (EFS) banking portal. Once you register for an online account, you will be able to complete most of your banking tasks without having to visit a branch. Simply log into your account to pay bills, check statements, transfer funds, and much more. Berkshire Bank has empowers EFS to govern and manage their credit cards, therefore users will have to learn how to navigate through the EFS web portal. How to Login

In order to access your online banking account, navigate to the EFS account access page. Locate the LOGIN box on the left side of the screen and enter your Personal ID. Click CONTINUE to get to the next step.

Once the page loads, enter your Password in the indicated field and click LOGIN. You should now be looking at the main page of your online banking account.

If something went wrong during the login process, you might need to retrieve your personal ID or reset your password. To retrieve your forgotten ID, click the Forgot your Personal ID? link located on the main account access page. You will need to provide the following information to recover your ID:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of SSN
Zip code

Click SUBMIT and, on the subsequent pages, you will be given further directions on how to regain access to your account.

If it is your password that’s giving you trouble, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot your Password? link found within the password portion of the login process. In order to make a new password for your account, you must first submit the following information:

Personal ID
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of SSN
Zip code

Next, create a unique New Password and click SUBMIT. You may now use your newly created password to get into your online account.

Cardholders will find their card is only useful once it has been activated. If you haven’t already done so, you can activate your card now by calling the number we have provided above. Once the activation process is complete, you might want to enroll for an EFS online account. To begin the enrollment process, click the Secure Registration link below the activation number and enter the following information to confirm your identity:

Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of Social Security number
Zip code

Below that you need to provide a unique Personal ID and Password before clicking SUBMIT.
