How to Login

Allow us to direct you to the Firstrust Bank’s homepage by providing the link here. On this page is a login box labelled Internet Banking wherein you can enter your Username and Password. Click Login to gain access to your online banking account.

In the event that you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password? link to retrieve it. Provide your phone number and Username then click Send me a new password. You will be given further direction to recover your account.

Secure Registration

In order to activate your Firstrust Platinum Visa Credit Card call the number on the back of your new card, or use the activation number we have provided above. After activation, click on the Secure Registration link to enroll for an online banking account. In order to be approved for an online account, you must supply the following information (after creating a Username and Password):

Full name
Date of birth
Driver’s license number
Mother’s maiden name
SSN
Physical address
Email address

Once that is entered you have the option to enroll for Bill Pay. You will need to tick the box next to I have read and accepted the terms and conditions before clicking Complete Sign Up to start taking advantage of First Bank’s online banking services.
