Requirements
In order to be deemed eligible to apply for the Hawaiian Airlines Credit Card, you must:
- Be a resident of the United States (with the exception of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be deemed financially able to be a cardholder
How to Apply
Step 1: Go to This Webpage.
Step 2: Begin to enter your personal information under the “General Information” heading. You are required to input your:
- First and last name
- Permanent address
- City and state
- ZIP code
- Time at current address
- Your residence status (own, rent or other)
Next, under “Employment and Financial Information”, enter your occupation, total annual income, and decide whether you would like express delivery of the card to your house.
Step 3: Enter the phone numbers you can be reached at and your email address. Answer “Are you a United States Citizen?” with the yes and no tick boxes.
Next, enter your date of birth, social security number, and mother’s maiden name for security purposes.
Step 4: Decide whether or not you would like to receive paperless statements. Next, confirm your computer meets the listed technical specifications.
Under “Hawaiianmiles Number”, enter your number if you have one already.
Step 5: Read and review the Terms and Conditions and finally, click the green “Apply” button.
